Auto Save Plods to Draft

Due to intermittent internet connection especially on all our site areas, it is often difficult for managers/supervisors to save and approve plods onsite.

Hi Sachee, our site managers are the ones entering the plods. They use their laptops for their reports. I haven’t personally explored the mobile app. Would it have the ability to save drafts? If so, I’ll run it through them. Thank you in advance.

Hi Jamie! There’s an option to save drafts in the app, which can be really useful. Plus, the app’s offline-first nature makes it easier to fill out plods even without a connection (though approval still needs to be done online).

There’s also a feature in CorePlan that lets users create plod submissions. While they aren’t finalised plods, these submissions can be reviewed, edited, and updated before being approved. This can also be done through the web app, and we can enable that feature for you if it’s what you’re looking for.

It all depends on what you're aiming to do—let us know how we can help!

Yes, appreciate if you can enable it in the web. It will be of great help. Cheers

Hi Jamie, are you referring to entering the plod on the web app or using the mobile app?
