Improve selection / filtering in forms.
Create a Company-select field so users can select from companies in your org instead of using free text or global response sets. Introduce cross-selection to forms e.g., using the company-select field only show rigs in the rig-select field that are part of the company selected. People-select instead of showing the entire list, create new fields like driller-select, geologist-select based on job role. Date - automatically timestamp the date/time/datetime fields to populate with the current date.

Increasing 'EOH' toggle visibility for drillers - In Plods and Hole Selection Filter
We’re regularly running into issues where drillers fail to mark a plod as ‘EOH’ when the drilling is completed. Feedback indicates there are two causes for this: 1) ‘EOH’ toggle does not stand out enough when selecting drilling details for a plod 2) When a driller selects a hole when commencing a new plod, this dropdown selection automatically filters out holes that are marked as ‘EOH’, meaning if there is any post-drilling activity that needs to be recorded (i.e. downhole survey) if the drillers are unaware of this filter, they believe they can’t add any additional plods to a hole marked as EOH, and therefore choose not to mark it. If this was not hidden behind a funnel-filter icon and was rather a checkbox toggle next to drillhole selection that indicated “Show ended holes”, it would be more obvious that this was an option and encourage more regular EOH toggling

it would be helpful if we can mark holes as complete (EOH) from the “Drill Hole” section vs reopening plods, clicking EOH and sending back for Client approval Thank you!

Rig Availability Formula
Can we change the formula to include “Other” activities? I think everyone is aligned to categorize planned and unplanned maintenance vs all other activities which is helpful for our maintenance department to plan ahead.

Tool tip on Project Overview page
When hovering over graphs on the Project Overview page, a tool tip would be handy that shows drill programs included in the graph. This would be especially useful for managers/superintendents to have a high level overview of what was progressed during the week.

Plods/Rows per page
Request to have the “Rows per page” stay when changed from the default 25. When putting it to 100, it clears itself every time I go back to the main plods page; it would be nice if it stayed at 100 until filters are cleared.

Project selection
When selecting your projects to add a document or form to, it would be great if these projects could be grouped together in like a folder system. We have around 50 projects in our list, it would be nice if we could group them by client/state/division for example so all projects in that group would be selected at once. Would save a lot of time.

Tool tip for cost contract items during plod import
Most users cannot see cost contracts in CorePlan, so they may not be aware of circumstances where time activities/equipment are chargeable and where they are not. A tool tip would be helpful for geos importing plods, to hover over a time activity to see what rules apply to it. For example, Water Carting is only chargeable if the rig is down because it’s waiting for water. The geos may not be aware of this, but the cost controller could input this advice into the cost contract for a geo to see.

I’d like a way to bulk select and download attachments on a form i.e. photos. Currently I have to open each photo file and download them separately. Individual viewing is good, but the option to download them all would be helpful as well.

Carry over filters from Hole Details to Workflow
In the Drill Holes page, the filters do not carry over from one view to the next (i.e., Hole Details to Workflow). Though the filter saves when returning to the previous view, it would be good for common filters to carry over to the next view.

Cost Breakdown by Hole
It would be really useful to have the option to filter by hole as well as Rig in the ‘Detailed Cost Breakdown’ report when setting up the report. Currently if I just select a Date and rigs I can export an Excel report, but if I filter for a hole inside the report I only get the option to export to csv. We invoice by hole and the customers like the layout of this report but when done by Rig it will show all activities for the Rig in the report for the date range and we have to manually weed out the rows that are for different holes to the one we want to invoice.

I’ve been doing a lot of work in large lists over the past few days and find it really frustrating when I select 100 Rows per page, find the record I want to use, then when I come back out again the Rows per page has set back to 25 again. It would be really nice if this was persistent, or I had a setting against me as a user that set it at 100 rows by default. Thanks :)

Select multiple projects for forms
When creating a form, it would be great if you could select multiple projects for it. Currently we have the option of all projects or just select one of them. Very handy when you need some projects to be able to see the form but other projects to see a different form. ie - when working for multiple clients with multiple projects each.
