Bulk Update Sign Off Statuses

I have a couple of suggestion requests that would greatly improve our workflow if possible:

1. Bulk Updating Sign-Off Statuses

   • In cases where pads need rework, we have to revert the sign-off status to incomplete. Currently, this has to be done manually for each hole, which is time-consuming and also results in losing the history of previous sign-offs.

   • It would be much more efficient if we had the ability to bulk update sign-off statuses while also keeping the history of status changes.

   • Additionally, having the option to remove sign-offs directly on the app would be very beneficial, as we often make the decision to revert sign-offs while out in the field.

2. Auto-Reverting Sign-Off Status When Reworks Are Required

   • Instead of manually deleting sign-offs, it would be ideal if any hole marked as “Reworks Required” automatically reverted to “Sign-Off Incomplete.”

   • At Christmas Creek, when reworks are required, supervisors need to sign off on the pads again to verify that the reworked pads are compliant.
