Enhanced PLOD Navigation and Sorting

!- PLOD should be sorted on order based on the date and shifts, In my list night comes before day shift.

2- there should be forward and back arrow to move between PLODS without the need to go back to the list. I have several PLODS to check and each time I have go back to the list to select next PLOD. a bit annoying. Adding an arrow to move forward or backward through PLODS make life much easier for me. It is better to have arrows fixed on the screen during the scroll
