Remove Pad from sections of earthworks plods that don't need it

in the earthworks plods, res def will track that activities completed for a pad. We don’t need to know the pad in the equipment or miscellaneous sections.

We have asked the contractors to only enter the pad in the activities section.

To avoid confusion, could we remove the pad from the equipment and miscellaneous sections?
