Rig Scheduler Flexibility Adjustment

The rig scheduler must allow adjustable timeframes between holes to account for demobilization, breakdowns,VWP installs, and holidays like Christmas break, as the current system isn't practical. This should not be adjusted in the penetration rate as the pen rate stays constant.
