Records per page
I’ve been doing a lot of work in large lists over the past few days and find it really frustrating when I select 100 Rows per page, find the record I want to use, then when I come back out again the Rows per page has set back to 25 again. It would be really nice if this was persistent, or I had a setting against me as a user that set it at 100 rows by default. Thanks :)
Rig Scheduler Flexibility Adjustment
The rig scheduler must allow adjustable timeframes between holes to account for demobilization, breakdowns,VWP installs, and holidays like Christmas break, as the current system isn't practical. This should not be adjusted in the penetration rate as the pen rate stays constant.
Allocating Rigs to certain Projects
It would be really handy to be able to allocate Rigs to certain Projects so when you have a dropdown of rigs to select only the rigs allocated to that Project show up and not our entire fleet. We are able to select what Projects people/users are in, it would be handy to be able to select only the rigs for that site/project not have to scroll through the entire rig fleet to find the rig thats at the site. Would be handy in the reporting too as not everyone knows what rig number is on what site
Mobile app - upgrade the map
Hi guys, Would be wonderful to have multiple layers on the mobile map. Configure these layers via the web app then allow these layers to sync to the mobile app
Additional filters in web UI
With changes we have made or are looking to make in Coreplan, the teams are looking to add more filters to the web UI for specific pages: Filter Pages Drillhole type ALL Program description Drill Holes (Workflow tab) Shift Cost Summary Per Rig
Suspension of holes on app
Hi Coreplan Team, First off, great work on the Coreplan Field App! It has significantly improved workflows in the field. Could we prioritize adding a feature to enable suspension of holes directly within the app? This enhancement would have an immediate impact on our daily operations, and negate the requirement to travel to complete via web UI. Introducing the ability to suspend holes via the app would: Eliminate travel time required to complete the same task on web UI. Minimize the risk of human error caused by double handling the same information. Streamline approval processes prior to drilling, making information accessible to all users in the Coreplan app sooner. Keep up the excellent work!
Ability to add multiple spatial layers in the mobile app
Can we have the ability to add multiple spatial datasets to the mobile field app?
Hammer Meters
why isnt it possible to add another tracking field to the RC plods so we can track physicals against a hammer serial number
Increasing 'EOH' toggle visibility for drillers - In Plods and Hole Selection Filter
We’re regularly running into issues where drillers fail to mark a plod as ‘EOH’ when the drilling is completed. Feedback indicates there are two causes for this: 1) ‘EOH’ toggle does not stand out enough when selecting drilling details for a plod 2) When a driller selects a hole when commencing a new plod, this dropdown selection automatically filters out holes that are marked as ‘EOH’, meaning if there is any post-drilling activity that needs to be recorded (i.e. downhole survey) if the drillers are unaware of this filter, they believe they can’t add any additional plods to a hole marked as EOH, and therefore choose not to mark it. If this was not hidden behind a funnel-filter icon and was rather a checkbox toggle next to drillhole selection that indicated “Show ended holes”, it would be more obvious that this was an option and encourage more regular EOH toggling
Drill Holes
it would be helpful if we can mark holes as complete (EOH) from the “Drill Hole” section vs reopening plods, clicking EOH and sending back for Client approval Thank you!

Ability to see completed field activity details and hole details via the mobile app
At the moment, limited hole details can be seen when selecting a hole in the mobile app. However, being able to query completed field activities on a hole (i.e., date completed) and more hole details on the mobile app would be very useful. This would be particularly useful for downhole survey technicians, who may not have access to the web UI, who need to see when a hole was drilled when selecting to perform ‘DHS Open Hole’. This would also be useful when field/earthworks teams come across a pad that looks to have had earthworks/flagging completed but unsure of when it was done and how much reworks may be required. Extra hole details, such as some of the custom fields, would also be useful (i.e., PCO risk if it is a high-risk cavity area).
More details in the Inspection Response List
Every project has an inspection response list under ‘Forms’. This table is fairly limited in details. Can more details be added to this table on the inspection details (i.e., photo attachment upload status, size, etc.) This will become more prevalent as scoring is introduced, so an inspection score can also be seen from the table.

Form Availability in Mobile App
Where forms have been linked to field activities in Coreplan, they also need to be available in the inspection list. This is to allow inspections to be conducted where they fail (i.e., cannot complete the field activity).
Add the no data count to the plod count chart onCorePlan 2.0
On the plod count chart on 1.0 there is a “No data” count, but this has been removed from 2.0. Can it be add to 2.0?
Plod Counts Report displays Project Name
When viewing more than one project, is it possible to group the rigs per Project and add the Project Name to the table?
Project Level Admins
Have more sophisticated permissions; Project Level Admins that can only see the projects assigned to them Super Admins that can see everything
Enhanced POW tracking
Is there any way to track disturbance against a specific POW? Pads, Sumps & tracks? Tasks are not sortable by POW at the moment, is that something that could be ammended.
Shift Start / End Times on PLODS
Need the option to edit Shift start times on the PLOD app. to correctly capture daily start / Finish times.
Enhanced PLOD Navigation and Sorting
!- PLOD should be sorted on order based on the date and shifts, In my list night comes before day shift. 2- there should be forward and back arrow to move between PLODS without the need to go back to the list. I have several PLODS to check and each time I have go back to the list to select next PLOD. a bit annoying. Adding an arrow to move forward or backward through PLODS make life much easier for me. It is better to have arrows fixed on the screen during the scroll
Cost Summary per Rig Naming Convention
Appreciate if we can bring back the file name from CorePlan 1.0 to include project name, currently all export items per cycle have similar names.
Bulk Update Sign Off Statuses
I have a couple of suggestion requests that would greatly improve our workflow if possible: Bulk Updating Sign-Off Statuses In cases where pads need rework, we have to revert the sign-off status to incomplete. Currently, this has to be done manually for each hole, which is time-consuming and also results in losing the history of previous sign-offs. It would be much more efficient if we had the ability to bulk update sign-off statuses while also keeping the history of status changes. Additionally, having the option to remove sign-offs directly on the app would be very beneficial, as we often make the decision to revert sign-offs while out in the field. Auto-Reverting Sign-Off Status When Reworks Are Required Instead of manually deleting sign-offs, it would be ideal if any hole marked as “Reworks Required” automatically reverted to “Sign-Off Incomplete.” At Christmas Creek, when reworks are required, supervisors need to sign off on the pads again to verify that the reworked pads are compliant. I am happy to discuss in detail why these options are important for us to have.
Bulk Export Plods
When exporting plods for an entire month, would it be possible to have all plods on the one page so you don’t have to do 4/5 separate exports? Especially with the earthworks plods, we split the export into csv’s and copy them into an EOM spreadsheet. Doing this 4/5 times can cause errors along the way. Thanks. :)
